A Sign Of Good Things To Come

Councillor Tom Jackson attended the formal sign unveiling of LiUNA! 4 Ice Centre (formerly Mohawk 4 Ice Centre).

As a result of this naming, Hamilton Arena Partners -- which operates the facility -- will receive some proceeds of the funding, as will an operating stabilization fund. Any surplus would be divided between the City and Hamilton Arena Partners with a portion going toward promoting accessibility to sports and recreation for Indigenous individuals.
