Finding (Multi-Use) Paths Forward
As part ot Councillor Jackson's consistent work with City staff and the East Mountain Community to continue to provide walking/cycling connectivity where warranted and without causing any unncessary disruptions, Councillor Jackson is proud to have supported the latest multi-use pathway along the north side of Limeridge Road East, between Upper Kenilworth Avenue and the Rail Trail entrance. Most of the funding was provided from the Master Cycling Plan Budget with aproximately $12,000 coming from Councillor Jackson's Ward 6 Reserve. With total project costs under $200,000, this will be yet another social and recreational asset for East Mountain residents and visitors alike to enjoy.
