🆕 Happy 100th Birthday to Elsie Moreton

With approximately 75 people in attendance on Saturday, November 30 at The Swansea Apartments, a long-time resident, Elsie Moreton, celebrated her 100th birthday! Elsie is pictured above with Councillor Jackson, who brought a Certificate of Recognition and gifts from his office to help honour this milestone and momentous occasion!
