Given Councillor Jackson's ongoing engagement with Acting Director Dipankar Sharma of Engineering Services within Public Works, he is pleased to share that the Kenilworth Access resurfacing project has entered procurement. Although the original staff proposed timeline for rehabilitating the Kenilworth Access was 2028, Councillor Jackson advocated for accelerating this work. Dependent upon when the Sherman Cut reopens, the Kenilworth Access project will hopefully be carried out in fall 2026, but no later than 2027.
