Neigbourhood Roadway Improvements

I am always striving to not only maintain good conditions of the main arterials on the East Mountain, but also upgrades and improvements to the various neighbourhood roads as well as for the 14 neighbourhoods that make up our East Mountain community. In fact, at the February 3, 2025 meeting of the Public Works Committee, I received unanimous support for nine interior roads to be modernized including Albion Falls Boulevard, Loconder Drive, Beston Drive, Corinthian Drive, Locheed Drive, Markson Crescent, Morningstar Court, Northstar Court, and Paris Avenue. In addition, at February 12, 2025 Council meeting, the following Ward 6 roads were added: Aries Court, Celac Court, Homex Place, Independence Drive, and Milkyway Drive.

All design work will be completed in 2025 with the hope that the projects may begin this year but in all likelihood will be constructed in 2026.
